The Great Care Co-op was set up by migrant women working in care to address discrimination of migrant women in the care sector by improving employment conditions in care for everyone.

Since 2020 GCC has been supporting migrant women to get theri QQI level 5 Awards as Health Care Assistants. Funded by the European Social Fund and support by The Migrant Rights Centre Ireland.
